The Parramatta Eels Rugby League Club has reviewed the procedures around the communications of our Members and fans with our Club.
There is a recognition that our Club needs to improve in this area; accordingly, we have developed a template that shows the relevant phone number and email address for each department within the Football Club. Please refer to this communications template below.
The sole objective is to have a simple line of communication and then provide assistance to our wonderful Members and fans.
We receive many phone calls and emails and so it is sometimes unavoidable that one of our staff cannot personally speak to a fan immediately but we will always get back to you in a timely manner.
