This week, when the Parramatta Eels take on the Penrith Panthers at ANZ Stadium on Saturday 22 April for Round Eight of the NRL Telstra Premiership, the U11 Winston Hills Tigers will run the Blue & Gold out onto the ground before kick off, as the Shine Lawyers Team of the Week!
The Winston Hills Tigers submitted their entry and were the chosen team after their submission demonstrated Shine’s values.
As part of their submission, the Winston Hills Tigers ‘shines’ because their “coach is a life Member of our Club and our manager has been with us since we started in the U6s.”
“We not only play footy on Saturdays but we also play in the weight for age competition and Oztag in the off-season, all as the one team.”
“We play hard, play fair and always have fun!”
