Drew was a City Origin representative hooker, who played for Penrith, Parramatta and Canberra and in England for Huddersfield and Wakefield Trinity Wildcats. Drew played a total of 45 games for the Blue & Gold in the 2001 & 2002 NRL seasons. He played at hooker for the Parramatta Eels in their 2001 NRL grand final.
