The Parramatta Eels side to take on the North Queensland Cowboys in the elimination Semi Final at ANZ Stadium tomorrow night (Saturday 16 September) has been updated by Blue & Gold Head Coach Brad Arthur.
With 24 hours until kick off, Arthur has withdrawn Tepai Moeroa (concussion) from the side with forward David Gower called from the extended bench into the starting side.
Josh Hoffman drops off the extended bench.
