At each Eels home game at ANZ Stadium in 2018, the 50-50 Charity Raffle will raise money for the Parramatta Eels Charity Partner for that selected game.
The total proceeds of all 50-50 tickets sold at each game go into a prize pool, with 50% of the prize pool going to the lucky winner of the random draw and 50% being donated to the nominated Charity Partner (-10% administration fee from 50-50).
In Round 7, when the Parramatta Eels broke their drought, crushing the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles at ANZ Stadium on Sunday 22 April, the Club worked alongside the Blue & Gold Charity Partner Parramatta Mission to assist with the ongoing work they do within the community.
Parramatta Mission is a not for profit organisation that provides meals, accommodation and mental health services across Greater Western Sydney, with almost 500 staff and many volunteers assisting in delivering over 70 services.
Parramatta Mission provides assistance to the most vulnerable and disadvantaged in the Greater Western Sydney Community and assists them in transforming their lives. These include people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, facing crisis and people living with mental illness.
Thanks to the generous support from the Members and fans in attendance at the Round seven game, the total prize pool reached $4,300.
Parramatta Mission received $1,720 in funds thanks to the generous support.
Adrian Munchenberg was the lucky recipient of the random draw, walking away with $2,150.
