At each Parramatta Eels home game at ANZ Stadium in 2018, the 50-50 Charity Raffle will raise money for the Parramatta Eels Charity Partner for that selected game.

The total proceeds of all 50-50 tickets sold at each game go into a prize pool, with 50% of the prize pool going to the lucky winner of the random draw and 50% being donated to the nominated Charity Partner (-10% administration fee from 50-50).

In Round 13, when the Parramatta Eels took on the Newcastle Knights on Saturday 2nd June, the Club worked alongside the Blue & Gold Charity Partner CareFlight raising funds to assist with the ongoing work they do within the community.

CareFlight is an aero-medical charity established in May 1986 by a group of Australian doctors. CareFlight uses a variety of aircraft including aero-medical helicopters, jets and aeroplanes to bring injured and ill patients within Australia and overseas to emergency hospital care.

Thanks to the generous support from the Blue & Gold Members and fans in attendance, the total prize pool reached $4,175.

CareFlight received $1,670 in funds thanks to the generous support.

Nicole Doherty was the lucky recipient of the random draw, walking away with $2,087.50. Nicole wishes to use her funds to fly to Darwin to support the Blue and Gold when they take on the North Queensland Cowboys in Round Fourteen of the NRL Telstra Premiership at Darwin's TIO Stadium on Saturday 9 June.

In the Eels next home game at ANZ Stadium, when the Eels take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs in Round 15 on Thursday 14 June, the 50-50 Charity Raffle will be raising funds for the Children's Hospital Westmead.
