Eels in action during Representative Round

Whilst the Parramatta Eels side will not be in action this week, due to Representative Round, Eels Members and fans can still see players from the Blue & Gold in action this weekend!

Jarryd Hayne, Kane Evans and young Jersey Flegg forward Salesi Junior Fainga’a will be in action for Fiji in their Pacific Test Showdown against Papua New Guinea at Campbelltown Sports Stadium on Saturday 23 June.

The Fiji v PNG game will be the first match of the evening, before Tonga takes on Pacific neighbours Samoa to round out the Pacific double-header.

Eels forwards Peni Terepo and Manu Ma’u, along with centre Michael Jennings, will feature for Tonga in their clash.

Tickets for the Pacific Test Invitational are still available, starting from just $10, with fans encouraged to purchase online via NRL.com/tickets to avoid missing out following last year's sell out event.

On Sunday, ahead of the NSW v Queensland State of Origin Game Two, Eels forward Suaia Matagi will be in action in the Intrust Super NSW Residents side to take on the Queensland Residents at ANZ Stadium.

Chosen from the best performers in the 2018 Intrust Super Premiership NSW competition, Matagi is the lone Blue & Gold representative in action on Sunday.

NSWRL.com.au will live stream the fixture, which will kick off at 4.10pm AEST at ANZ Stadium, prior to State of Origin Game Two.
