The Parramatta Eels SG Ball side are through to next week’s qualifying final after a thrilling 11-10 victory over the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in the elimination semi final at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Friday 19 April.
Trailing by 6-0 at half time, the young Blue & Gold struck back with two quick tries to Sean Russel to take a four point lead.
The Bulldogs levelled the scores in the 56th minute of the clash and it took a field goal from SG Ball half Jakob Arthur with just seconds remaining on the clock to secure a gripping 11-10 victory over the Bulldogs.
The Eels SG Ball side will progress through to next week’s qualifying final against the Illawarra Steelers with game details TBC.

Unfortunately the Eels Tarsha Gale side’s 2019 campaign has come to an end after a 36-6 defeat to the Illawarra Steelers on Friday 19 April.
Coming up against the top placed Steelers side, the young Blue & Gold went down in a seven try to one defeat.
The loss in the elimination semi final ends the Tarsha Gale campaign, where they finished fifth in the regular season with six wins from nine games during the regular season before a 48-4 victory in last week’s final.
