The Nathan Gremmo Community Fund was established to deal with the increasing number of community projects that the Gremmo Family are involved with, including Jersey Day, a simple concept designed to raise awareness of The Organ and Tissue Authority and the DONATE LIFE network. Jersey Day has been inspired by the story of Nathan Gremmo who was tragically lost in an accident in May 2015. Nathan's family chose to give the gift of life to others to honour the legacy of Nathan's generous personality.
This campaign is all about raising awareness - there is no requirement to raise funds. Jersey Day is merely a fulcrum to begin the conversation with your friends and family about the DonateLife message.
Donate Life will have a presence in the precinct and we are encouraging all Blue & Gold Members and fans to visit their marquee to find out more about Organ Donation and how you can register to be on the Organ Donor Register.
Keep an eye out for our roving performers from 6:30pm with LED Stilt Walkers, LED Pixel Poi Twirling, LED Picture Frame with photo opportunities.
We will also have an acoustic performance along with the Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders and Sparky & Sparkles roaming before gates open.
Western Sydney University will also have a roaming presence in the precinct conducting research on the Game Day Experience and stadium.
