Club Statement: Tim Mannah

The Parramatta Eels Club and Tim Mannah have been in discussions on how best to honour and celebrate his wonderful contribution to the Eels over the past 11 seasons in the NRL.

True to Tim’s professional work ethic and commitment to his teammates, he has chosen to focus on preparing for the Canterbury Cup semi-final match taking place on Saturday morning and therefore does not wish to have any career celebration at Friday’s match against the Manly Sea Eagles.

A Parramatta junior, Tim made his NRL debut in 2009 and, in 2010 and 2011, represented NSW in State of Origin on 4 occasions, and Lebanon in the Rugby League World Cup. Tim has played 233 first grade games for the Eels and is one of the top 10 players for most 1st Grade games played for the Eels.

The Club will continue to work with Tim on the most appropriate plan to ensure Members and Fans can recognise and thank Tim for the contribution he has made to the Eels, both on and off the field since 2004.
