Man of the Match - Knights v Eels, Round Nine

The Parramatta Eels came away with a tough 10-4 victory over the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium on Sunday 12 July in Round 9 of the NRL Telstra Premiership.

Following the Eels eighth win of the season, we want to know who the Blue & Gold Army thought was Man of the Match?

Eels captain Clint Gutherson was again in the thick of the action, finishing his busy night with 178m from 19 runs, two line break assists, one try assist and 6 tackle breaks.

Prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard finished with a huge 221m from 22 runs (78 post contact metres) and 39 tackles during his 64 minutes on the field whilst Nathan Brown topped the run metres in his return game, finishing with 266m from 28 runs, two tackle breaks and 55 tackles.

Reed Mahoney topped the tackle count with a mammoth 66 tackles at a 94.3% tackle efficiency to go alongside his 58m from 7 runs, one line break, one try assist and 111 kick metres.

Marata Niukore also brought plenty of impact from the bench with 119m from 11 runs and 28 tackles at 96.6% tackle efficiency.
