Davey charged by Match Review Committee

Parramatta Eels second rower Andrew Davey was charged with a dangerous contact charge by the Match Review Committee, following the Eels' Round 18 loss to the Penrith Panthers.

Davey entered an early guilty plea for the Grade One - Dangerous Contact charge for the tackle in 76th-minute on Penrith fullback Dylan Edwards.

The early guilty plea means Davey is available for selection for the Eels upcoming Round 19 clash against the Brisbane Broncos.
