2020 Season Review - Shaun Lane

Parramatta Eels back rower Shaun Lane had another strong season in the Blue & Gold, his second year at the Club and his sixth year in the NRL. Lane played in every Eels game this season, making strong contributions in both attack and defence throughout the year.

2020 Season Highlights: Shaun Lane

The tall back rower proved a great attacking weapon on the left edge, linking regularly with young half Dylan Brown, as the he scored tries in the round 3 victory over the Broncos, the round 11 victory over the Wests Tigers and the Qualifying Final loss to the Storm.

Lane finished the year with 2 line breaks, 8 line break assists and 28 offloads to go alongside his 123 average run metres per game.

His defensive work rate also remained high all year, finishing with 664 tackles at a 88.9% tackle efficiency.
