Clint Gutherson voted Round Three Man of the Match

Eels Captain Clint Gutherson has been voted Round Three man of the match for a second week in a row by fans.

The Eels beat the Sharks 28-4 in front of more than 19-thousand fans at Bankwest Stadium.

The 26-year-old scored 45 per cent of the vote from 3,063 submissions.

Gutherson played the full 80 minutes, scoring eight points after taking over kicking duties from Mitch Moses.

He ran for 284 metres, including 71 post-contact metres.

The fullback made one line-break, four tackle-breaks and two offloads.

Gutherson scored 66 fantasy points.

Marata Niukore was again voted in second place with 16 per cent of the vote.

He ran for 188 metres including 76 post-contact members.

Niukore made one line break and one score assist.

He scored 66 fantasy points.
