Dear Members & Supporters
I want to thank all of the eligible Eels Members and Supporters who have already voted in the current Parramatta Leagues Club(PLC) Election.
As I mentioned earlier this week, it’s pleasing that our Club has moved into a new phase where the cut and thrust of a Board election is not being played out negatively in public.
However, it is still vitally important that all eligible Members exercise their right to vote to ensure the good governance continues in each organization.
To all eligible PLC Members who still haven’t voted, I strongly encourage you to cast your vote by Sunday 20th March 2022 at 5pm.
If you are eligible to vote, you should have now received your voting material electronically via this email address from Parra Leagues (Communications@mailservice.computershare.com.au).
In case your email provider does not recognise it and treats it as spam, please check your junk mail.
In addition, eligible Members who received their voting material via post with a postage-paid return envelope would now be best to vote electronically to ensure your vote is counted before the election period ends. The instructions to do so are within your pack however if you are unsure please email AGM@parraleagues.com.au
Voting forms must be received by mail or electronically via Computershare by no later than 5pm on Sunday 20 March 2022.
