Parramatta Eels winger Sean Russell will make his awaited return to the playing field tonight, after being sidelined since Round One with injury.
The 19-year-old was injured when scoring his third first-half try against the Titans.
He was hospitalised after copping knees to his side in the tackle.
Russell has played three NRL games, but was handed a starting spot this season on the wing after Haze Dunster suffered an ACL, MCL and PCL injury in the pre-season trials.
He will make his return in NSW Cup against the Penrith Panthers in Round Nine as he continues his journey back to the NRL
Russell is an Eels junior after playing his junior rugby league for the Rouse Hill Rhinos.
