Match day information

With a full house expected for State of Origin I, the precinct will be busy. Allow plenty of travel time with heavy traffic expected at Sydney Olympic Park.

Arrive early to soak up the big game atmosphere at Sydney Olympic Park with the pre-game party outside Accor Stadium from 4:00pm.

Public transport is included in all game day tickets. Fans are encouraged to take advantage of the many additional and direct train and major event bus services in place for the event. All car parks have sold out — do not drive to the venue unless you have pre-booked your parking.

Avoid the queues and arrive early, leaving plenty of time for the Stadium entry Process and be in your seats for the 7.30pm pre-game entertainment.

Please ensure you print your ezyticket or access your mobile ticket prior to arriving at the venue, to assist in a smooth entry.

Transport information

Consider all your transport options and travel with your group. Fans are reminded that masks are still mandatory when travelling on public transport.

Express train services will run from Central to Sydney Olympic Park every 10 minutes from 4:20pm. Return services will run every 5 minutes from 9:30pm.

Additional train services from Sydney’s west will be running into Sydney Olympic Park with return services towards Blacktown leaving every 7-8 minutes from 9.30pm.

Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Buses will start running every 5-15 minutes between 3:10pm and 4:00pm, depending on the route.

Safety and security at Accor Stadium

Public safety is the No.1 priority at Accor Stadium.

A high NSW Police and Security presence will be in place for 2022 Ampol State of Origin I, both inside Accor Stadium and throughout the Sydney Olympic Park precinct before, during and after the event.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early and leave additional time for the security screening process when entering the Stadium. This process will include mandatory bag searches and personal checks.

Only small bags (no larger than 30cm x 40cm) are permitted into Accor Stadium for events, and all bags will be checked by security. Fans should arrive without bags if possible.
