Bailey Simonsson has submitted his response to a high tackle charge from the Eels' Round 5 match against the Roosters.
Simonsson has accepted an early guilty plea, and will serve a two-match suspension.
The winger will miss the Eels' upcoming matches against Wests Tigers and the Bulldogs. He will be eligible to return in Round 8 against the Broncos in Darwin.
