Rueben joined the Club in 2022, playing alongside her sister Kennedy for the first time in the Blue & Gold. She has also represented the NSW Blues in the U19s.

Parramatta Eels Head of Football Mark O’Neill said all players are important retentions for the Club.

“These three players are important to our team dynamic, and we are thrilled to see them return and pursue their respective opportunities with the Club.

“The Eels have been building something special in the NRLW since joining the competition in 2021.

“Abbi, Zali and Rueben all have their best football ahead of them and we are committed to their continued development at the Eels,” O’Neill said.

The Eels have also announced the signings of Kennedy Cherrington, Rachael Pearson and Elsie Albert for 2023.
