After finishing the regular season in fourth place, the Eels advanced to the Grand Final with a hard-fought win over minor premiers Canberra last week. Parramatta are rolling into the decider on the back of a three-match winning streak.
The Knights reached the decider with a Semi Final upset over reigning champions Penrith, after finishing third on the ladder.
The Eels and Knights did not meet during the regular season, with the Grand Final to be their first encounter of 2023.
