2024 U14/15 Inaugural Female Academy Announced

The Parramatta Eels are pleased to announce details of our inaugural U14/U15 Female Academy for the 2024 season.

The formation of an U14/U15 Female Academy will be the start of a complete pathway for young females that play in the Parramatta Junior Rugby League. Young girls will now be able to aspire to progress through the Eels Elite Pathways Female Academy into the Junior Representative Programs – U17’s Lisa Fiaola Cup and U19’s Tarsha Gale Cup. The pathway to NRLW is now complete with the Eels to field a team in the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership in 2024.

All 2024 Parramatta Junior Rugby League registered players born in 2009 (U15) and 2010 (U14) will be invited to nominate for the Trial Process for the Female Academy via email. The Trial Process will include a Trial Game and Skill Development Holiday clinic. The selected squad will then train once a week throughout May and June before playing a Development Game in the July School Holidays.
