With a junior league of 24 clubs in the Hills Shire, Parramatta City, Blacktown City, Cumberland City and Fairfield City and over 5,600 registrations, the funding has covered Parramatta Referees fees, insurance for players, committees, managers, trainers and volunteers, a coaching leadership course and deliver Mental Health First Aid training for two members at each PJRL Affiliated Club.

A cheque presentation from the Parramatta Leagues Club by Phil Sim who chairs the Community Committee and Chris Dimou to Parramatta Junior Rugby League General Manager Adam Fairley and Mark Jenkins, President of the Parramatta Junior Rugby League was held on the field at the NRL Clash of the West game on Friday 9th August.

By funding the cost of insurance and referee’s fees for junior participants, affiliated Clubs maintain close to $40 per registration, and with the current cost of living pressures it ensures that the price of participation for families is kept as low as possible
