Eels second-rower Jezaiah Funa-Iuta has been named in NSW’s 20-player squad for the upcoming Under 19s Men’s Origin match at the Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland on Thursday 19 June.
Funa-Iuta recently signed an upgraded contract with the Eels that will see him elevated to the club’s Top 30 squad in 2027. He played a key leadership role in the Eels SG Ball team’s standout 2025 season that saw the team reach the Grand Final.
