Parramatta Eels CEO Jim Sarantinos said the 2026 draw presents a balance of excitement, opportunity, and connection for both the players and fans.

“This draw includes something for everyone including Saturday night blockbusters, family-friendly Sunday afternoon games, and a number of big Sydney derbies against traditional rivals,” Parramatta Eels CEO Jim Sarantinos said.

“We’re thrilled to have a strong run of games at CommBank Stadium in the early part of the season, and with away games against the Tigers and Panthers at CommBank Stadium, it provides our Members and fans with 13 opportunities to see the team live in PARRAdise.”

“We encourage all fans to fill the stands with Blue & Gold, get behind the players and make CommBank Stadium our fortress,” he added.

Blockbuster Start and Big Moments

After an intense pre-season, Jason Ryles’ squad will be fired up and ready to give their all for the badge.

Two trials will give the Eels a chance to shake the cobwebs with match ups against the Sharks at Henson Park on Sunday 15 February at 6pm, and Roosters at Gosford on Saturday 21 February at 6pm.

Our season formally kicks off in Round 1 against Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park on Thursday, March 5, followed by a Round 2 Thursday night clash against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.

The Eels will enjoy five straight games at CommBank Stadium from Rounds 3 to 7, kicking off with a Multicultural Round celebration against the Dragons in Round 3. The Easter Monday clash with the Wests Tigers returns in Round 5, before a Round 7 blockbuster against the Bulldogs which will be dedicated to celebrating the 40-year reunion of the mighty Parramatta Eels 1986 Premiership team.

Round 11 will see the Eels host the Storm during Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium which will replace our traditional Darwin home game. Members and fans are encouraged to keep an eye out for ticket pre-sale dates.

The season will be interspersed with 3 byes during Rounds 12, 16 and 20, and the State of Origin Series.

Our run home includes return matchups against the Penrith Panthers, Wests Tigers, South Sydney Rabbitohs, and concludes with an away game in Round 27 against the St George Illawarra Dragons.

Minimal Travel and a Sydney-Focused Run Home

In a huge boost for the playing group, Parramatta will record the least amount of travel kilometres of any NRL club in 2026. After Round 13, every match will be played in Sydney, with the Eels leaving NSW just once in Round 25 against the Dolphins at Suncorp Stadium.
