The Parramatta Eels are pleased to announce the appointment of Anne Bennett to the Club’s Board of Directors, replacing outgoing Director Col Robertshaw, who retires following the completion of his term.
Col Robertshaw concludes his tenure with the thanks and appreciation of the entire Eels community for his dedicated service and commitment to the Club’s governance and long-term success.
“It was an absolute privilege to serve on the Board, and I would like to thank the whole of the club for the experience. It has been great to see the club grow and prosper over the years and I wish them every success for the future,” said Robertshaw.
Bennett joins the Board with more than 25 years of leadership experience across financial services and technology. She is currently Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce, leading teams across Australia, Asia, and India.
Born and bred in western Sydney, Anne is a lifelong Parramatta Eels supporter and brings not only extensive professional expertise but also a deep personal connection to the Club and its community.
“I am incredibly honoured to join the Parramatta Eels Board,” Bennett said. “As someone who grew up in western Sydney and has supported the Eels my entire life, this Club means a great deal to me and my family. I look forward to contributing to the Club’s continued growth and success, ensuring we deliver excellence both on and off the field for our members, fans, and the broader community.”
Parramatta Eels Chairman Matthew Beach welcomed Anne’s appointment and thanked Col Robertshaw for his contribution.

Throughout her career, Bennett has led major digital and operational transformations across the banking, wealth management, and technology sectors, with expertise in digital strategy, customer journey design, and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, a Master of Commerce (Technology) from Macquarie University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Bennett’s appointment reinforces the Club’s commitment to strong governance, innovation, and community connection as the Parramatta Eels continue to evolve and pursue sustained success.
