The Parramatta Eels are proud to announce MTC FutureReady as the Club’s first-ever Official Community Partner, marking a significant step in deepening the Club’s commitment to the Western Sydney community.
This partnership is designed to enable the not-for-profit organisation to connect with and support more individuals and families who would benefit from its education and employment services.
Through this partnership, the organisations will co-design programs for the Parramatta Eels community, ensuring individuals can access education and employment support that fits real life.
Parramatta Eels CEO Jim Sarantinos welcomed MTC FutureReady to the Eels family.
“We are proud to welcome MTC FutureReady as our first Official Community Partner. “The Eels have always been more than a football club, we are part of the fabric of Western Sydney.
“MTC FutureReady share our commitment to empowering people and strengthening communities, and together we have a genuine opportunity to create lasting impact where it matters most,” added Sarantinos.
MTC FutureReady CEO Rob Marshall said the partnership reflects the organisation’s long-standing commitment to community.

That’s why joining the Parramatta Eels as Official Community Partner is such a strong fit. Together, we’ll create meaningful impact across the communities we both serve. We can’t wait to get started,” Marshall said.
As part of the agreement, MTC FutureReady will also feature as the Official Gameday Partner for the Eels’ Round 5 Easter Monday clash against the Wests Tigers - one of the biggest fixtures on the NRL calendar. The match provides an exciting platform to celebrate the partnership and engage with thousands of fans from across Western Sydney.
