The Parramatta Eels are proud to congratulate seven of our rising stars on their selection in the Westpac NSW Under 19s Women’s squad for the 2026 State of Origin clash against Queensland.
Fresh off the Club’s historic Tarsha Gale Cup premiership, the Eels have the highest representation of any club in the Blues squad, underlining the strength of Parramatta’s female pathways program.
The seven Eels selected are:
- Freedom Crichton Ropati
- Taylah Falaniko
- Khyliah Gray
- Ava Jones
- Irae Savea
- Aaliyah Soufan
- Fontayne Tufuga
The Blues will face Queensland at North Sydney Oval on Wednesday, 18 June, with NSW aiming to continue its strong record in the Under 19s Origin arena.
Several of the selected Eels were key figures in Parramatta’s 2026 Tarsha Gale Cup triumph, earning representative honours after outstanding seasons in blue and gold. Their selection is further recognition of the Club’s commitment to developing elite female talent and creating clear pathways to the NRLW and representative football.
The seven selections highlight the depth of talent emerging through the Eels system and continue a proud tradition of Parramatta players representing New South Wales on the representative stage.
