Eels partner with Motiv8sports for all girls clinic

More than 40 aspiring young athletes enjoyed an unforgettable morning at the Parramatta Eels' Free All Girls Clinic on Sunday, before forming a special Guard of Honour as the Eels NRLW side ran out to vs the New Zealand Warriors.

Held at the Eric Tweedale Stadium grounds, the two-hour clinic welcomed girls of all sporting abilities to participate in a range of fun skills, games and activities designed to build confidence, encourage participation and foster a love of sport.

Delivered in partnership with Motiv8sports and proudly supported by Cumberland City Council, the clinic provided participants with the opportunity to learn new skills, make new friends and experience the excitement of an NRLW game day.

The unique experience gave participants a behind-the-scenes taste of game day while creating lasting memories as they cheered on the Blue and Gold from the stands.

Parramatta Eels Foundation & Community Manager Ben Drury said the event highlighted the Club's commitment to inspiring the next generation of female athletes.

"To see so many smiling faces throughout the morning and then watch the girls proudly welcome our NRLW players onto the field was a fantastic way to celebrate the continued growth of the women's game." Drury said.

The Parramatta Eels thank Motiv8sports for delivering another outstanding clinic and Cumberland City Council for their ongoing support in providing opportunities for young people across the local community.
