Anne Bennett is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Salesforce, leading teams across Australia, Asia, and India. Anne has over 25 years’ experience as a leader in financial services and technology. She has deep experience in digital strategy, customer journey design, and operations, having led extensive digital and operational transformations across the Banking, Wealth Management, and Technology sectors.
Throughout her career, Anne has been passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes through digital transformation and emerging technologies, while driving customer-centric approaches across large organisations. Anne also maintains a strong commitment to community service and governance excellence as reflected in her board portfolio, which includes previous appointments in the medical research, superannuation, and education sectors.
Anne holds a Bachelor of Economics, from the University of Sydney, a Masters of Commerce majoring in Technology from Macquarie University and GAICD (2014).
