Moeroa enters early guilty plea

Parramatta Eels forward Tepai Moeroa has entered an early guilty plea for a Grade 3 Shoulder Charge following the Eels Round 13 clash against the Newcastle Knights at ANZ Stadium on Saturday 2 June.

Moeroa was charged by the NRL Match Review Committee for a tackle on Knights forward Chris Heighington in the 48th minute of the clash.

The early guilty plea sees Moeroa miss three weeks of the competition (the Eels Round 14 clash against the Cowboys, the Round 15 clash against the Rabbitohs and the Round 16 clash against the Dragons).

With a bye in Round 17, Moeroa will be available for selection in Round 18 against the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium on Friday 13 July.
