Sterlo's Parra Preview - Eels v Rabbitohs, Round 15

The Parramatta Eels take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium on Thursday 14 June in Round 15 of the NRL Telstra Premiership. 

This Thursday night clash is set to be a thriller as the two teams face off for the first time this season, thanks to our Game Day Partner Amart Furniture!

The Eels are coming off a victory over the Cowboys last week whilst the Rabbitohs will be looking to continue their winning run. Eels centre Michael Jennings will play his 250th NRL game.

50-50 Charity Raffle

The 50-50 Charity Raffle will be back this week, raising funds towards Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is the highly respected, largest paediatric centre in NSW, providing excellent care for children from NSW, Australia and across the Pacific Rim.

The Children’s Hospital at Westmead is world renowned for providing the best care for sick children and their families. This specialist care, combined with community education, advocacy for improved child health and ground-breaking research into childhood illnesses, is blended within a positive, caring and healing environment.

50-50 charity raffle tickets will be on sale throughout the precinct at ANZ Stadium from staff and charity volunteers dressed in 50-50 uniforms. 

Every ticket sold will be electronically recorded and updated on ticket-seller iPads, on the 50-50 website and on the various screens throughout the stadium, so members and fans can monitor the draw and watch the total prize pool grow in real time.

Visit the 50-50 Charity Raffle volunteers who will be roaming the ANZ Stadium precinct or at their 50-50 booths located at Gates B & K.

The total proceeds of all 50-50 tickets sold at each game go into a prize pool, with 50% of the prize pool going to the lucky winner of the random draw and 50% being donated to the nominated Charity Partner (-10% administration fee from 50-50).

When you arrive at ANZ Stadium, visit our Match Day Sponsor Amart Furniture who will have a presence at Aisle 107.

The Members Lounge 47 will feature member giveaways, LIVE post-match press conference, Members-only bar service, live entertainment plus FREE pre-game food catering.

Members Lounge 47 is located at Aisle 127 of ANZ Stadium.

Blue & Gold Army Members are able to collect their exclusive Member items, Members caps & Member flags (juniors only), at the ANZ Stadium precinct during the Round 7 clash.

Please visit one of our Membership Service outlets at aisles 104 or 127 to collect your items before the game!

Various sections of the precinct will feature plenty of activities for the kids, with a kids zone that includes face painters (Aisle 104 & 126), jumping castles (Aisle 124/125 and 134/135) and plenty more, plus our mascots Sparky and Sparkles, the brand new Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders squad and corporate partners will be roaming before kick-off.

Keep an eye out in the North East and South East corners of ANZ Stadium for Autocraze who have a vehicle display on field. 

Arrive early to see Junior League action with the U/11 Division 2 – Greystanes v Rouse Hill and the U/10 Division 4 – Canley Vale v Lalor Park in action.

Keep you eye out for the Parramatta Junior League Team of the Week, the Greystanes Devils U10 Division 3 side who will run the Blue & Gold out before kick off.

At half time, the Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders will be performing along with Game Day Sponsor Amart Furniture holding a Kick for Cash competition where the participant will have the chance to win a $5000 Amart gift card. Plus keep you eyes on our Benchwarmers activation.

Getting to the Game

Parramatta Eels offer an integrated transport system including rail and “Eels Express” shuttle buses for home games at ANZ Stadium. This gives Eels Members and ticket holders free transport by rail on the Sydney Metropolitan Line from as far as the Hunter and Southern Highlands and on selected “Eels Express” chartered buses which will run on three bus routes from the Hills district in north-western Sydney.
