Mahoney named in Queensland U20s squad

Young Parramatta Eels hooker Reed Mahoney has been named in the Queensland Under 20s squad, coached by former Maroons and Kangaroos centre Justin Hodges, to take on the NSW U20 squad in the 2018 Holden State of Origin III curtain-raiser on Wednesday 11 July at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium.

Mahoney, who made his NRL debut earlier this season, will enter camp on the Gold Coast this week.

Young Blue & Gold forward Oregon Kaufusi was named in the NSW Under-20 squad earlier in the week. Click through to see the NSW U20 squad.

The Under-20 State of Origin clash will kick off at 5.15pm.
