The Tongan representative has been an Eel for all of his 101 NRL matches.

Earlier this week he was selected in Tonga's train-on squad for the upcoming test match against Australia, after several appearances for them at the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.

Since his NRL debut in 2013, this was the third time Terepo played 20 or more matches in a season.
