Jersey Flegg go down to Sharks

The Parramatta Eels Jersey Flegg side have suffered a 38-4 defeat to the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks at McCredie Park on Saturday 6th April in Round Four of the Jersey Flegg competition.

After two defeats in the opening two rounds, including a 20-12 loss last week, the young Blue & Gold were coming up against the undefeated Sharks line up.

At half time, the Eels trailed the competition leaders by six points (10-4) before the Sharks scored five unanswered tries in the second half to claim a convincing victory over the young Blue & Gold.

The Eels going down 38-4.

The Eels will be looking to register their first win of the season when they clash with the Raiders at GIO Stadium on Sunday 14th April in Round Four of the competition with kick off at 1:50pm. The Mounties v Magpies Canterbury Cup clash kicks off at 3:55pm before the NRL at 6:10pm.
