The Parramatta Eels suffered a 28-14 defeat to the Newcastle Knights at McDonald Jones Stadium on Sunday afternoon (28 April 2019) in Round Seven of the NRL Telstra Premiership.
Following on from the clash, NRL Fantasy coaches with Blue & Gold players in their line up will be looking up the scores of their respective players.
Eels hooker Reed Mahoney topped the NRL Fantasy scoring with 59 points with 69 tackles, 5 demerits due to missed tackles, a line break assist and a try assist.
Winger Maika Sivo also scored well with 58 Fantasy points after scoring a try, 159m from 17 runs, 2 line breaks and 7 tackle breaks.
Despite not getting the result on the field, Michael Jennings scored well with 51 whilst the Eels back row of Shaun Lane (43), Marata Niukore (38) and Tepai Moeroa (48) remained busy on the field.
In his return from injury, Manu Ma’u scored 49 Fantasy points with a try on his return along with 140m from 17 runs, one line break, one line break assist and 23 tackles during his 42 minutes on the field.
