Parramatta Eels halfback Mitch Moses has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee for Grade One – Dangerous contact – other following the Club’s Round 10 clash against the North Queensland Cowboys at 1300SMILES Stadium on Saturday 18 May.
The incident occurred in the 41st minute of the clash on Cowboys John Asiata.
The base penalty for the charge is 100 points with 90 for an early guilty plea or 120 if found guilty at the judiciary.
Moses will be available for selection in Round 11 when the Eels take on the Panthers at Bankwest Stadium on Thursday 23 May if he enters an early guilty plea.
The Eels have until midday Monday 20 May to respond to the charge.

Looking ahead to Round 11, the Penrith Panthers will be without half James Maloney for their clash against the Eels after he entered an early guilty plea to a dangerous contact charge following their Round 11 clash against the Warriors.
