Wentworthville Magpies v Newtown Jets, Bankwest Stadium - Game Day Info

Hoffman excited for Grand Final

The Wentworthville Magpies will clash with the Newtown Jets at Bankwest Stadium in the Canterbury Cup NSW Grand Final on Sunday 29 September at Bankwest Stadium, kick off at 3:05pm.

It promises to be a huge day of action after the Wentworthville Magpies made it through to this year’s Grand Final from eighth position following their upset win over the second-placed South Sydney Rabbitohs in Saturday’s Preliminary Final.

They will face last year’s Grand Finalists Newtown Jets, who continued their own fairy tale run after finishing the season in seventh position and overcoming Minor Premier St George Illawarra Dragons at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium on Sunday.

Blue & Gold Members and fans are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets and be there to support the Magpies in the clash. Tickets are now available for the event, with pre-sale Tickets available through Ticketek for only $10 for adults and $30 for a family of four.
