Eels duo to represent Cook Islands in World Cup Qualifier

Parramatta Eels duo Brad Takairangi and Marata Niukore headline the Cook Islands 19 man squad to play USA on Saturday 16 November in their 2021 World Cup Qualifier.

The Cook Islands face the USA Hawks in Jacksonville,Flordia this upcoming Saturday for the last spot at the 2021 World Cup, previously making the World Cup in 2000 and 2013.

Cook Islands head into the game after defeating South Africa in the last eliminator gameĀ 

The pair travelled with the Cook Islands squad across the Pacific Ocean to Jacksonville this week.
