At the Parramatta Eels, our players are committed to being involved in the local community and assisting those in need whenever possible. The squad are often making the journey to and from various engagements within our community and whilst the destination is definitely the most important part – we wanted to share in the fun that happens along the way.

The partnership between Ronald McDonald House and the Parramatta Eels is 27 years strong and is the longest partnership in Australian sport.
The Eels visit annually at both Easter and Christmas and this Eater, Regan Cambpbell-Gillard, Shaun Lane & Isaiah Papali’l hid over $500 worth of Easter Eggs around the grounds as an Easter surprise.
Ronald McDonald House at Greater Western Sydney is a caring home away from home for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead.
When families have to travel far from home to receive specialised medical care for their sick child, seeking accommodation in an unfamiliar place only adds to their stress and anxiety.
Though there is no place like home, Ronald McDonald House at Greater Western Sydney strives to provide a safe and comfortable environment where the whole family can stay together for the duration of their child’s treatment.
