| Our development and junior representative pathways are a vital part of the Parramatta Eels. This was demonstrated this year with 4 young players making their NRL debut for the Eels, all 4 players have come through our pathway’s programs. |

It is exceptionally important to note, any player that declines a position in the U16 Development Squad, will be subject to the PJRL & NSWRL 2022 transfer rules.
Our intention is to facilitate inductions later this year, with training to be confirmed, this will all be dependent on the Government guidelines allowing us to do so.
