A big year from Eels hooker Reed Mahoney.
Eels no.9 Reed, had 17 appearances in the Blue and Gold jersey. He scored 3 tries, had 13 try assists, 13 line breaks and a huge 763 tackles.
Mahoneys strong efforts scored him a spot in the QLD State of Origin squad.
Unfortunately Mahoneys season came to an end earlier then expected with an injury that meant he was side-lined for the rest of the year.
The Blue and Gold Army are excited to see him return to the field in 2022.
