The Eels recently hosted a combined pathways training session for its junior representative players and their families.
The players and families of the club's SG Ball, Harold Matthews, Tarsha Gale, U16s, U15s and U14s squads came together to train at Parramatta Marist High School and celebrate over a barbecue on Saturday.
"Our players and staff have worked hard in the past two months and it was a great opportunity to connect with a barbecue post training," said General Manager of Football, Mark O'Neill.
"Parents and older siblings are obviously very important and make numerous sacrifices so their child or sibling can attend training or games. It was nice to meet as many family members as we did, say thank you for their commitment to the Eels and also provide some visibility into the overall program and people, something I think they enjoyed.
"Having 6 programs train at the same venue across a staggered timeframe was a big task and I would like to thank Parramatta Marist for allowing the access to their facility.”
