Sean Russell, Wiremu Greig, Joey Lussick and Makahesi Makatoa return to the NRL side.
Charlie Guymer drops out of the team after suffering a season-ending injury and Lorenzo Mulitalo is unavailable due to suspension, while Matt Arthur and Matt Doorey move to the reserves list.
The match will mark Clint Gutherson's 200th appearance for the Eels.
