Eels Online Store Member Voucher /

We are excited to announce that applicable Members are now able to redeem their Eels Online Store Voucher/s at the Eels Online Store!

Please see below for information on how to redeem your Eels Online Store Voucher:

1.  Visit https://shop.parraeels.com.au/

2.  To receive your voucher discount, please enter your unique Member code into the Coupon/Gift Certificate box and press 'Apply'.

a. Your unique Member code is PEM, followed by your Member number. Your Member number can be found on the rear of your Member card OR in your 2023 Membership invoice email.

An example: Jane Smith's Member number is 1234. Her unique Member code would therefore be PEM1234.

b.  Voucher amounts have been applied to the primary Member account only. This means that if you hold more than one membership or have additional Memberships linked to your own account, the total voucher amount will be applied to the one account (primary Member account).

3. To receive your additional 15% Member discount, please enter the Members discount password PE2023MEMBER into the Coupon/Gift Certificate box and press 'Apply'.

Terms and Conditions – Eels Online Store Member Voucher

1.1 2023 Members may be provided with a voucher to spend at the Club’s online merchandise store (shop.parraeels.com.au) as part of their Membership Package(s).

1.2 Members will be eligible for an Eels Online Store voucher if they purchase a 2023 Membership (with any Eligible Membership Package) and pay at least a portion of their Membership Fee equivalent to the value of the Eels Online Store Voucher.

1.3 An ‘Eligible Membership Package’ is any adult, concession or junior Membership in the West Club House, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, BGA Premium, Interstate or Territory Eel package.

1.4 Each Member will be eligible for one (1) Eels Online Store Voucher per Membership Package.

1.5 Members will receive their Eels Online Store voucher within 14 business days following the purchase of their Membership. Instructions on how to use the Eels Online Store Voucher will be delivered via 'Welcome to Membership' communications only.

1.6 The Club will not be responsible for any Eels Online Store voucher being placed on an incorrect account as a result of incorrect Members details on file.

1.7 Eels Online Store Vouchers will expire on 31 October 2023, unless extended by the Club in its sole discretion.

1.8 The value of the Eels Online Store Voucher is $20 for the Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, BGA Premium, Interstate & Territory Eel / $160 for the West Club House package. The Eels Online Store voucher amounts are final, unless otherwise notified by the Club.

1.9 These Eels Online Store vouchers are available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised by the Club. The Club has the right to cancel, extend or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.

1.10 Eels Online Store vouchers are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. Eels Online Store vouchers cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer.

1.11 Eels Online Store vouchers must be used in a single transaction only.

1.12 Eels Online Store vouchers may not be combined with any other offers, except for the 15% discount available to Members as part of their Membership Package. This 15% discount will be applied when Members submit the Eels Member discount code at the checkout.

1.13 Eels Online Store vouchers can be redeemed against all items available for purchase on the Club’s online merchandise store, except gift cards, postage and other items as advised on the store from time to time. Eels Online Store vouchers can only be used in a transaction totaling $40 or more.
