COVID-19

What will happen if social distancing and other Government guidelines are in place for the commencement of the 2021 NRL Season?

Whilst the Club is hopeful there will be no social distancing and other Government guidelines in place for the commencement of the 2021 NRL Season, we are continuing to work on a Social Distancing Action Plan to ensure we’re prepared for what the 2021 NRL Season may bring. This includes understanding what strategies other Sporting Clubs in Australia and around the world have put in place during the COVID-19 period.

The Club will continue to provide communication to all Members on this matter as soon as it becomes available. As such, it is important all Members keep their contact details up to date to ensure the Club can continue to provide important information relating to the 2021 NRL Season and 2021 membership.

New Members

How do I join for 2021?

Online - Visit the ‘Packages’ section to view 2021 packages and inclusions.

Call – 1300 258 346 during Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and the Membership Team will assist you.

How will I know if I have successfully purchased my membership?

Members will receive a confirmation via email, if an email address is supplied, to confirm the receipt of their renewal. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us to ensure we have a correct and unique email address for each person you have renewed for.

Where does my 2021 membership contribution go?

Members are the lifeblood of the Parramatta Eels. Your membership contribution plays a significant role in supporting crucial community initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • NRL Football Program
  • Junior League & Elite Pathway Football Programs
  • Club Community Programs

I want to purchase 2021 reserved seat membership. How do I choose my seats and when will they be allocated?

If you sign up online using a desktop computer or smartphone, you will be able to view the interactive seat map to select your own seats. The seating that is available online is the best available seating to purchase for the 2021 NRL Season at the time of purchase.

What other benefits do Members receive outside of game access?

Member benefits vary from package to package, however, there is much more to a Parramatta Eels Membership than the ticket itself. Members have access to exclusive discounts on tickets, merchandise, Member offers from Club Partners, plus more.

Members receive invites to exclusive Member Events throughout the season, access to exclusive news and content, pre-sale access to State of Origin, NRL Finals and Grand Final tickets.

What constitutes a family membership?

A family membership is 2 adults & 2 juniors.

Members who wish to bring on additional Adults or Juniors are able to do so at the equivalent cost of the respective category.

What constitutes a concession membership?

In order to qualify for a Parramatta Eels concession membership, Members must hold one of the following forms of identification:

  • Pension Card (aged, single parent or disability)
  • Student Card (full-time)
  • Veterans Affairs

Seniors Cards and Healthcare Cards do not qualify as concession. The Membership Team must be notified of a Members' concession card number prior to joining or renewing as a concession Member. Concession identification must also be presentable upon request at all Eels home games in 2021.

Do you accept companion cards?

Companion card holders are eligible for complimentary entry to Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium, however are ineligible for Member benefits unless paying as a Member. A valid Companion card must be presented in person at the time of purchase.

If you are a companion card holder or require special needs and/or wheelchair seating, please contact the Membership Team for assistance.

If you already have a membership and wish to apply for an additional companion membership, you must do so during business hours.

What constitutes a junior membership?

Junior Members are classified by anyone who is under 18 years of age (born during or after 2003).

How can an Eels membership be bought as a gift?

It is advised when purchasing an Eels membership as a gift, that the person buying the membership enters their own contact details, however, still places the membership in the recipients' name. A series of confirmation emails will be sent upon receipt of the purchase, so if the gift is a surprise, it is best not to provide their email address.

Once the Member has received their gift and is aware of the membership, they are able to make contact with the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 to update their contact details.

Can Members sign up their friends or family?

Members who wish to join their friends or family as Members can do so from their own Account Manager. Simply select the package of choice, proceed to check out, and supply the contact details of your friend or family member when prompted.

Reserved Seat Members can apply to have their friend or family member sit with them by contacting the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 or membership@parraeels.com.au

Payment

Can I pay my membership monthly?

Membership payments can be spread over a 10 month period from 17 November 2020 - 17 August 2021. Purchase of a membership after November 2020 requires an upfront payment, equal to the instalments that have passed as part of monthly payment schedule. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 17th of each month. Payment dates cannot be changed from the nominated schedule.

Can I pay for my Membership in advance if I am on a part-payment?

You can pay your Membership in advance by contacting the Membership Team and letting them know how far in advance you would like to pay.

What is the membership rollover?

The annual membership rollover takes the hassle out of renewing your Membership. 2020 Members who have not opted out of 2021 membership will be automatically renewed into the same package(s) and seat(s) for the 2021 NRL Season, using the same payments details as the previous season, unless otherwise advised.

The Membership Team will continue to provide reminders to Members prior to the 2021 membership rollover date (17 November 2020). Please ensure your contact details are up to date in your membership account.

Member Pack Delivery

When can Members expect to receive their Membership pack and Member card?
We are working hard to ensure your 2021 Membership Pack is dispatched in December 2020. We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery at this time but will continue to keep you updated regarding your delivery.

Please ensure that your address details are up to date. The Membership Team will let you know via email when your 2021 Member pack is on the way.

Is there a cost associated with Member pack delivery?

No. There is no delivery cost associated with Member pack delivery. *

Game Day

How many games do Members have access to in 2021?

Game access for Members varies according to package. For further information on the amount of games your 2021 membership entitles you to access or other Member benefits you are set to receive, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 or membership@parraeels.com.au

What happens if a Member misplaces their Member card?

Member cards can be replaced if a Member card is lost or stolen. A replacement fee of $10 will be applied to the Member account. Members are able to contact the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 to arrange to have a replacement card mailed to them.

I cannot make the game; can someone else use my membership to attend instead?

You may give your Members card to someone else to use on game day. Please note that entry to Bankwest Stadium will be subject to the classification of the membership (e.g. an adult cannot enter with a junior membership).

Members are also able to ‘transfer’ their membership to another person through their Account Manager. For further information on this, please contact the Membership Team on 1300 258 346 or membership@parraeels.com.au

How do I use my Full-Season Reserved Seat Membership?

If you have a full-season reserved seat membership package, your membership allows you to attend all 11 regular season Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium. There is no need to advise us of the games you wish to attend as you simply scan the barcode on the back of your Member card at the turnstiles. You must sit in the seats outlined on the back of your Member card/s.

How do I use my Full-Season General Admission Membership?

If you have a full-season general admission membership package, your membership allows you to attend all 11 regular season Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium. There is no need to advise us of the games you wish to attend as you simply scan the barcode on the back of your Member card at the turnstiles. You can sit anywhere in the General Admission area.

How do I use my 4-Game General Admission Membership?

If you have 4-game General Admission membership package, your membership allows you to attend any 4 regular season Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium. There is no need to advise us of the games you wish to attend as you simply scan the barcode on the back of your Member card at the turnstiles. You can sit anywhere in the General Admission area.

How do I use my 4-Game Reserved Seat Membership?

If you have 4-game Reserved Seat membership package, the Membership Team will be in contact with you closer to the 2021 NRL Season to provide further instructions on how to redeem your ticket/s. You will be able to attend any 4 regular season Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium.

How do I use my FLEXI20 or FLEXI10 Membership?

If you have a FLEXI20 or FLEXI10 package, your Membership allows you to attend any regular season Eels home games at Bankwest Stadium. There is no need to advise us of the games you wish to attend as you simply scan the barcode on the back of Flexi ticket(s) at the turnstiles. You can sit anywhere in the General Admission area. Flexi Memberships can be used per game, or admits multiple people access to a single fixture.

How do Interstate Members receive their tickets to their Interstate game of choice?

Interstate Members will receive further information from the Membership Team on how to redeem their tickets to the Interstate game of choice during the 2021 NRL Season.

How do BGA Premium Members receive their tickets to their 2021 home game of choice?

BGA Premium Members will receive further information from the Membership Team on how to redeem their tickets to the 2021 home game of choice at a date closer to the commencement of the 2021 NRL Season.

General

How can Members update their details?

Members can update their details via their online Account Manager. Simply log in using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes.
