The Parramatta Eels Club today issued a statement on behalf of Bernie Gurr:
"NSW Rugby League has withdrawn charges against Kane Evans for an alleged incident during Saturday's NSW Cup game against the Warriors.
The Parramatta Eels Club will not make any further comment as the matter is now closed."
