Stay Kind Cup

Saturday night will see the Eels and Broncos show their support and commitment to the Stay Kind initiative. A message developed in partnership with the Thomas Kelly Youth Foundation to raise awareness for the foundation and promoting the prevention of harm to our youth from self-harm and suicide.

To mark Stay Kind Day and show commitment to this important cause, the Parramatta Eels will be including Stay Kind on their jerseys with the Broncos showing their commitment with Stay Kind socks.

The Thomas Kelly Youth Foundation launched the Stay Kind initiative in memory of Stuart Kelly, remembered for his continued support and kindness to his brother Thomas and to others.

Getting to the Game

We highly recommend Eels fans arrive at the ground early on Saturday as we are anticipating a large crowd for our match against the Broncos!

Public Transport

Parramatta Eels Members and fans will benefit from transport being included at all NRL games at Bankwest Stadium! All NRL games will include travel to and from Parramatta on public transport. Bankwest Stadium is a short 10-minute walk from the Parramatta Transport Interchange in the Parramatta CBD.

An accessible shuttle bus service for patrons with a disability or mobility impairments will run between Parramatta Interchange and the Stadium. The shuttle will pick up and drop off customers on Argyle Street and on O’Connell Street outside of the Parramatta Leagues Club.

Parking

The Eels heavily advise utilising the free public transport to attend our game at Bankwest Stadium. If you would like to drive to the game you can park at the Parramatta Leagues Club. Please note there are very limited spots available in the car park and we recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot.

Pricing for the car park is dependent on if you are a Leagues Club Member (not a Football Club Member).

Leagues Club Members can spend $8 throughout the Leagues Club for your parking to be validated.

Non-Leagues Club Members can spend $25 throughout the Leagues Club for your parking to be validated. Alternatively, you can $25 at the pay station on your exit.

Round 14 Members Lounge ’47

The popular Members Lounge ’47 will be back at Bankwest Stadium for our Round 14 clash with the Broncos! Members Lounge ’47 is located in the North-West Premium Terrace of Bankwest Stadium and is again the perfect place for Members to meet and mingle prior to first grade kicking off! Members Lounge ’47 will be open from 5.10pm.*

*Members must present their Member card to enter Members Lounge ’47.

Member Seat Resale Program

The Member Seat Resale Program allows Reserved Seat Members to put their reserved seats at Bankwest Stadium up for casual sale when they are unable to attend a game.

If your Reserved Seat is sold, you will receive $20 cash back into your nominated account!

How to put your reserved seat/s up for resale:

• Login to Account Manager by clicking here
• On the home screen, click on the My Events button at the top of the screen
• Once you are in My Events, click on the game that you wish to place your reserved seat/s up for resale
• Once you are in the game of your choice, click on the Three Dots (resale) button, which can be found next to the Print and Transfer buttons
• Follow the prompts to place your seat/s up for resale! Please be sure of your selection before confirming, as it cannot be changed once finalised

Once you have placed your seat up for resale, you will receive a confirmation email from the Membership Team (this may take up to 48 hours). If your seat is sold, you will receive confirmation from the Membership Team with additional information on your cash back benefit!

Ticketing & Membership Assistance

We are expecting a large crowd for our clash with the Broncos, so please make sure you arrive nice and early to ensure that you don’t miss any of the action.

The Membership Team will be located externally and internally at Bankwest Stadium, where they will be present at the Member Service Outlet located at Gate D & in the Membership Marquee outside of Gate B. The Membership Team will be able to assist Members with any queries that they might have.

Furthermore, our Fan Experience Team will be there to assist Members with any questions or enquiries that you might have. They will be easy to spot as they will be proudly sporting their Blue & Gold uniform.

Junior Eel Member Game Day Passports

Brand-new in 2019, calling all Junior Members!

Junior Eel Members can pick up their game day passport and get it stamped at each game for their chance to win at Members Round later in the season! Junior Members are able to get their exclusive junior Member passports from the Eels Member Service Outlet located at Gate D. Junior Members can then get their passports stamped at each game they attend at the same Member Service Outlet for the chance to win prizes such as Eels mini footballs, Eels merchandise items and on-field experiences!

Eels Swarm Bay – Active Support

The Eels are calling all loud and proud Eels Fans to join the Swarm Bay at Bankwest Stadium!

Located in Aisles 219 and 220, The Swarm Bay is set aside for Eels fanatics who want to make as much noise as possible!

Donate a Membership

In 2019 the Eels are giving our Members and Fans the opportunity to put a smile on the face of those in need. Sick and/or disadvantaged kids who have been identified by our Eels Foundation’s Community and Social Programs, will receive a Junior Eels Membership.

Each Member or Fan who donates a Membership will receive a letter from the Club thanking them and letting them know who received their donation.
