Zali Fay re-signs with the Eels

The Parramatta Eels are thrilled to announce that star winger Zali Fay has extended her contract with the club, committing to the Eels through to the end of the 2026 season.

Since joining the team three seasons ago, Fay has consistently been a standout performer, notably winning the Dally M NRLW Try of the Year this year.

General Manager of Football Mark O’Neill expressed the club's excitement about Zali's decision to stay.

“Zali is not only an exceptional athlete but also a vital part of our club's culture,” he said. “Her skills on the field and commitment to her fitness and the team make her a key player as we continue to strengthen our NRLW program.”

Fay will mark her fourth season with the Eels by playing in her 25th NRLW milestone game, building on an impressive career highlighted by her incredible try against the Roosters.

“Look I’m absolutely stoked to be staying in Parradise,” said Zali Fay.

“As a one-club player, wearing this jersey again means a lot to me, it would feel wrong to be anywhere else.

“I’m excited that I get this opportunity, it’s been a couple of years in the making but I feel as if we are closer than ever. This season is definitely something I’m looking forward to and so should our fans,” she added.

The Parramatta Eels will kick off the 2025 NRLW season with an opening game against the Cronulla Sharks on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
