Getting to the Game
The Parramatta Eels can’t wait to return to Bankwest Stadium after winning both of their games at their new home! We highly recommend Eels fans arrive at the ground early on Thursday as we are anticipating a large crowd for our match against the Panthers!
Public Transport
Parramatta Eels Members and fans will benefit with transport included in all games at Bankwest Stadium! All NRL games will include travel to and from Parramatta on public transport. Bankwest Stadium is as short 10-minute walk from the Parramatta Transport Interchange in the Parramatta CBD.
An accessible shuttle bus service for patrons with a disability or mobility impairments will run between Parramatta Interchange and the Stadium. The shuttle will pick up and drop off customers on Argyle Street and on O’Connell Street outside of the Parramatta Leagues Club.

Parking
The Eels heavily advise utilising the free public transport to attend our game at Bankwest Stadium. If you would like to drive to the game you can park at the Parramatta Leagues Club. Please note there are very limited spots available in the car park and we recommend arriving as early as possible to secure a spot.
Pricing for the car park is dependent on if you are a Leagues Club Member (not a Football Club Member).
Leagues Club Members can spend $8 throughout the Leagues Club for your parking to be validated.
Non-Leagues Club Members can spend $25 throughout the Leagues Club for your parking to be validated. Alternatively, you can $25 at the pay station on your exit.

The Return of Members Lounge ’47!
After a successful return, Members Lounge ’47 will be back at Bankwest Stadium for our Round 11 clash with the Panthers! The brand-new Members Lounge ’47 will be located in the North-West Premium Terrace of Bankwest Stadium and is again the perfect place for Members to meet and mingle prior to first grade kicking off! Members Lounge ’47 will be open from 6pm.*
*Members must present their Member card to enter Members Lounge ’47.
Member Seat Resale Program
The Member Seat Resale Program allows Reserved Seat Members to put their reserved seats at Bankwest Stadium up for casual sale when they are unable to attend a game.
If your Reserved Seat is Sold, you will receive $20 cash back into your nominated account!
How to put your reserved seat/s up for resale:
- Login to Account Manager by clicking here
- On the home screen, click on the My Events button at the top of the screen
- Once you are in My Events, click on the game that you wish to place your reserved seat/s up for resale
- Once you are in the game of your choice, click on the Three Dots (resale) button, which can be found next to the Print and Transfer buttons
- Follow the prompts to place your seat/s up for resale! Please be sure of your selection before confirming, as it cannot be changed once finalised
Once you have placed your seat up for resale, you will receive a confirmation email from the Membership Team (this may take up to 48 hours). If your seat is sold, you will receive confirmation from the Membership Team with additional information on your cash back benefit!

Ticketing & Membership Assistance
We are expecting a large crowd for our clash with the Panthers, so please make sure you arrive nice and early to ensure that you don’t miss any of the action.
The Membership Team will be located externally and internally at Bankwest Stadium, where they will be present at the Member Service Outlet located at Gate D & in the Membership Marquee outside of Gate B. The Membership Team will be able to assist Members with any queries that they might have.
Furthermore, our Fan Experience Team will be there to assist Members with any questions or enquiries that you might have. They will be easy to spot as they will be proudly sporting their Blue & Gold uniform.

Bankwest Stadium Members Seating Reminder
For Ticketed Members attending Round 11 at Bankwest Stadium, please see below for an important reminder regarding your seating.
Regarding the 2019 Reserved Seat Member cards, we have received a number of questions from Reserved Seat Members, specifically regarding the Aisle reference stated under Bankwest Stadium Home Games.
The Aisle reference on your Member card refers to the aisle that Bankwest Stadium recommend you walk through to get to your seat. It is common for the Aisle reference on your Member card to be different to the actual Section that your seat is located in. Please see below for a 2019 Reserved Seat Member card example:
John Smith’s 2019 Bankwest Stadium seating details are:
- Section 115, Row 1, Seat 2
John Smith 2019 Reserved Seat Member Card States:
- Aisle 114, Row 1, Seat 2
Whilst John’s seat is located in Section 115, his Member card states Aisle 114, Row 1, Seat 2. By walking down Aisle 114 instead of Aisle 115, John Smith will not have to walk through as many seats and can therefore find his seat in Section 115 with greater ease. As we will have a full house, we highly recommend you enter in the correct aisle.

In 2019 the Eels are giving our Members and Fans the opportunity to put a smile on the face of those in need. Sick and/or disadvantaged kids who have been identified by our Eels Foundation’s Community and Social Programs, will receive a Junior Eels Membership.
Each Member or Fan who donates a Membership will receive a letter from the Club thanking them and letting them know who received their donation.
