The Parramatta Eels return home to Bankwest Stadium this Thursday night (23 May) when they take on the Penrith Panthers in Round 11 of the NRL Telstra Premiership, thanks to our game day sponsor ActronAir!

The clash with be part of NRL Indigenous Round and Blue & Gold Members and fans can enter Bankwest Stadium from 6pm, with the NRL clash kicking off at 7:50pm.

GETTING TO THE GAME

Event-goers will be able to catch the train, bus or other public transport services to and from the stadium for free using their event ticket or Club Memberships.

The best way to get to and from Bankwest Stadium is by public transport with only a very limited amount of parking available.

PRE GAME ACTIVITY AND ENTERTAINMENT

There will be plenty of pre-game activity and a buzz of excitement around the grounds of Bankwest Stadium in Round Eleven! Check out some of the activity below.

Precinct (External)

Our Game Day Sponsor ActronAir will be located at Gate B and have handouts for Blue & Gold Members and fans in attendance, along with Eels tattoos and mini footballs. They will also have facepainting for Blue & Gold fans looking to show their support along with an exclusive Eels Members offer.

Our Blue & Gold Membership team will be available for enquires and assistance with a presence at Gate B. Become a member and be Parra Proud in 2019. They will be also handing out Blue & Gold junior passports so young Blue & Gold Members should pop into the marquee ahead of entering Bankwest Stadium.

For queries or assistance with tickets, please visit our Ticketing window located at Gate B. The Eels Ticket Box office located at Gate B will be open from 5:45pm and is available for any Eels Ticket Collections or Game Day enquiries.

Parramatta Eels Community Partners Featherdale Wildlife Park will be located at Gate B. Head down early and you may be lucky to meet some baby animals including a Tawny Frogmouth & Joey. They will also be giving away kids go free vouchers.

Located at the Basketball Courts located at Gate A, Wheelchair Rugby League will be on hand with an interactive game allowing Blue & Gold Members and fans in attendance to try it out. Come on down early and give them a visit and get into the action!

Eels community partners CareFlight will be on hand at Gate B promoting the great work they do, collecting donations and selling merchandise.

As part of NRL Indigenous Round, Deadly Choices will have a marquee located at Gate B. They will have interaction for the fans in attendance and will be promoting the local Aboriginal Medical services.

Along the precinct, there will be Indigenous Stalls selling Indigenous artwork, jewellery, clothing and accessories.

The 50-50 Charity Raffle will also have volunteers roaming Bankwest Stadium raising money for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.  Be part of the 50-50 Charity Raffle, sponsored by Parramatta Leagues Club. Blue & Gold Members and fans should keep their eyes out for roving performers in the precinct, with UV Jugglers and Hula Hoopers. NPA Events will also be at Gate B with a light reaction game and Dartball for Blue & Gold Members and fans.

Blue & Gold Merchandise will be located at Gate B along with a presence inside the stadium located between Gate A & B.

Plus keep an eye out for the Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders along with Sparky & Sparkles who will be roaming the precinct in the lead up to the on field action.

Western Sydney University will also have a roaming presence in the precinct conducting research on the Game Day Experience and stadium.

Precinct (Internal)

Upon entering Bankwest Stadium, Blue & Gold Members and fans should keep their eyes peeled on some of the activity before the on field action kicks off.

Membership will have a presence inside the stadium located near Gate D.

Head to the Eels Merchandise outlets internal of Gate A and B and in the precinct near Gate B to kit up for the season ahead. Show your 2019 Eels Membership card and save 10%.

Keep an eye for our Fan Experience Team will be will greeting Members and fans at the gates, assisting at the internal Membership outlets, ushering Members to their seats and assisting Members and fans to their seats along with our Membership Outlet located at Gate D.

Keep an eye out for face painters located at Aisle 218 for Blue & Gold Members and fans to get into the spirit and show their support.

The Parramatta Eels Cheerleaders and Sparky & Sparkles will also be roaming.

After a successful return, Members Lounge ’47 will be back at Bankwest Stadium for our Round 11 clash with the Panthers! The brand-new Members Lounge ’47 will be located in the North-West Premium Terrace of Bankwest Stadium and is again the perfect place for Members to meet and mingle prior to first grade kicking off! Members Lounge ’47 will be open from 6pm.*

On field

Ahead of kick off, we will have some Junior League action on the field so keep your eyes peeled on the talented youngsters out on the middle of Bankwest Stadium.

Ahead of kick off, along with our brand new pre-game show, the Blue & Gold Army Flag will be raised along with a Guard of Honour with School to Work representatives.

Keep your eyes on the big screen and LEDs for our brand new pre-game show to play before kick off!

Plus, as part of NRL Indigenous Round, we will have Indigenous Round formalities including an Indigenous Dance, Welcome to Country & Gift Exchange.

During half time, our Game Day Sponsor ActronAir will be holding a competition for somebody to win an air-conditioning unit. Blue & Gold Members and fans must be in their seat at the start of the competition for their chance to win.

Please note that after the game, there will be no kids on field this week due to timing.
